Hi folks,

it is exciting for me to announce the return of The Joy of Hockey; a safe and fun hockey program for women at the beginner and intermediate level. 

As usual it will be Thursday mornings at 930-1030am at McCormick Arena (179 Brock Ave. between Dundas and Queen St.) First class is Thursday September 17, 2015.

It starts with some basic on-ice stretching and then drills and skills including skating, shooting, stick handling, strategy etc. 

From 10-1030 we divide into two teams and enjoy a game of shinny. (ie. a fun, safe, game of non-contact hockey)

Requirements: ability to skate forward, a hockey stick, helmet, skates, and at least minimal padding. (some of the gals wear full equipment) 

The Price: $170 covers one 8 week term of Thursdays. There is also a $25 drop-in price if you can't commit to every week.
